Just browsed Home Depot online and they don't appear to have a single water heater in stock anywhere near me (this seems shocking).

I deleted it because its not user-friendly and interface is tacky.

That's something I'm hoping the BP community can help me figure out, as I begin to browse the forums. 

I have been browsing the forums, reading the beginners guide and listening to the podcast religiously for about a week now.I am a registered nurse case manager, and I work for a small company handling workers compensation claims.

Browse the site, read the articles, see what other people have said about the differences in the two strategies and see which niche you think you'd best fit in. 

 :)Browse the Multifamily investment forum, you'll find that there are several syndication sponsors that frequent BP...check out the threads there and you'll be able to pick out a couple people who really know what they are doing.  

I have already learned a lot from BP just from browsing the forums and articles, so I hope to learn lots more now that I will be actively participating!
