The property manager is required to reduce lose by either allowing subletting or a new agreement with additioinal or new tenants.I agree with those who say that once a new lease was signed, that probably ended or brought into question the validity of your lease.Contact a locak Landlord Tenant Attorney and get some advice or the legal aide department of your local court...they can guide you.

It looks even worse up close...The owner of the building next door isn't being responsive to my request to enter his building to inspect the entire wall and his wife has already made it clear that they want nothing to do with spending any money to aid in its repair.
