We completed a deal (36 houses) with Jon Farris of Aequitas, LLC out of Provo, Utah last year. The ROI that was presented was not even close to the actual ROI. If you are considering a deal with them contact me. I will share the actual performance of the bulk deal. It was not pretty. Apparently we are not the only ones who are unhappy.
