I'm looking to explore MFH and house hacking in the Nashua area as well, stumbled upon your post and would love to pick your brain on the process you went through (if you ended up pulling the trigger). 

Makes me feel like i might have actually stumbled upon something worthwhile. 

Just happen to stumble across this and kinda ironic but a few weeks ago I was having dinner at the bar in Friday’s in Wilkes barre and met a guy who is a district manager for a car rental company and his boss wanted him to get an apartment in the area instead of staying in hotels.

I just stumbled across a bigger pockets youtube video on how to analyze a rental property a few months ago and now I've got a full head of steam and a few books of knowledge ready to realize this dream of being an REI. 

And then, oooohhh and the "then", in stumbles good ole Uncle Sam, and holly-cow was that schnazzy Uncle in a giving mood wasn't he.

I've either stumbled on a great opportunity or there is something I'm missing.
