How do you manage to monitor each project?

I neglected to monitor the property tax bill for the coming year.

Hi Andrew,I am very impressed with Quickbooks and it has many great features which allow me to monitor our family's portfolio.

I still don't know how to do that .. at least I know enough to be dangerous.. but I do know the land use and land approval process's pretty well.. but once going vertical .. then you just hire guys that know that end of the business and monitor them and big thing is to control he MONEY..

I would ask the park and ask who they use to monitor/repair the lagoon and call them and get some knowledge on it.

Monitor their actions from a distance to make sure they do no damage.

We also place bait stations in the cellar and around the property in the autumn and make traps (w/ instructions) available to tenants at the first sign of rodents.In our multi-unit buildings on the edge of more  mouse populous neighbourhoods, we have a pest control service monitor and maintain a "trap line" in the properties.In all cases, a coordinated effort between landlord, tenant and {if present} pest control service, is essential to prevent a mouse or two from becoming a colony.  

It is possible that both the record owner fails to pay taxes and lender drop the ball monitoring the situation.

It is wireless and has a cellular uplink to a monitoring service.I ordered a refurbished model which has been problematic initially.
