If I were representing you as your buyer's agent, I would contact the seller's agent before presenting your offer to ask what time they would be able to present it to the seller.I'd then submit the offer close to that time and give the seller a 3 hour deadline.

I told them AHEAD OF TIME the accept / reject / counter deadline is Nov 20 5pm EST, I put that into the contract.

I’m dealing with a seller and seller’s agent who did everything they could by playing tricks on me and acting in bad faith to force me to miss my contingency deadlines so they can get out of the contract and not sell the property to me.
