So if you look at the taxpayer database in Houston, where property values have been soaring the last few years, you will see the "market value" and the "appraised value."

Additionally, one agent may have several cash buyers that they work with in the area, so if the one buyer you're asking them about doesn't pan out they may have others in their database that will.

It would seem that the MLS is the last good reason to become a RE Agent.It would also seem to be another revenue stream for the local boards/MLS databases to sell memberships that allow the mining data (view) but not allow the posting of properties (only brokerages/agents).Thoughts?
