Skill Set- To not buy because of the numbers but buy because of the vision they see of the future with the possibility of providing housing for a family and seeing a profit in the end, even if the end is 20 years down the road....Beginners don't have people in place they can trust which comes with time in the business.Be Prepared- If you have your priorities and finances in order, the process will be far less of an uphill battle, a lot of beginners are not prepared to step into questionable areas that may soon be revitalize like the Foote Holmes areas of Memphis they may feel its too dangerous even though the projects are soon to be demolished they don't have the money to pull it off if they do they will be scared to loose it all.. 

We played upon the idea of the Valkyrie, the winged female protector in Norse mythology, who rescued those fallen in battle and helped them to reach Valhalla, the majestic hall of Asgard in the afterlife.

I am thinking it will be an uphill battle.

If your agent does a phenomenal job and you have a great relationship with them, is it really worth going to battle over a few bucks?

It was a huge battle because section 8 is always on the side of the tenant.

I regret time lost but not the uphill battle I took on to get to this point.  

I battle with when enough is enough and it switches to greed.

But I figured the legal battle of kicking out a section 8 tenant wasn't worth it.
