I also sometimes stay after the meeting for drinks and more talking/networking.Also, my REIA has several meetings a month: the general meeting (where the speaker usually comes), more specific meetings like an IRA one, women's meeting, landlord meeting, etc.

From my experience the primary source of lead in drinking water is the lead service line from the main to the houses in the old areas of town.

Also, some people say, you will have a higher likeliness of negative tenant behavior like drug/alcohol abuse and less than desirable guests(eg. son/husband just got of prison or in a gang, or daughters BF is same).

Usually dont mess with them unless there's at least $30k profit (after money costs and all fees).Only I'm pretty far from bored...I kinda like taking summers off, drinking a lot, and taking lots of trips...I'm over 6 figures on 2 flips so far this year, working on my third that should net $25k after the termites I found ($88k purchase, $52k rehab (new budget), list at $200k, prob get a check for $25-$30 after money costs, realtor fees, closing costs, etc.).
