(again not really relying on this either because it has not happened yet but they are in talks).There are a few new hotel projects planned on the strip and if those pan out successfully I can see a lot more development in the future. (10 years from now).WYNN announced it will build a man made lake and a new tower.

I had a very positive experience with Art Poling when I took my post-licensing classes at Pan School of Real Estate.

Maybe consider posting a new forum post on it and posting a link here for us to follow your updates on it.Hope everything pans out for you.

Although I have spent a majority of my adult life in the Midwest, my attraction to the Pacific Northwest prevailed.

When you do your ride around, you can get a better judgement of which areas you wouldn' t mind residing in, should the numbers pan out.

I'm about 6 months out from acquiring my first investment property but am interested in seeing how the numbers pan out.
