@Jiuyi DuNegative cash-flow is normally found in higher priced properties.Higher prices properties have higher mortgage interest, higher real estate taxes, etc.Rental income seems to plateau after a certain point.With that said - you can go into an investment knowing and expecting no cash-flow but going in for appreciation.There are multiple strategies to get wealthy through real estate.
