Or have a professional plumber do a pressure check with compressed air without turning the water main back on.The things that are maybe more vulnerable are going to be the toilet traps - the traps are actually within the bowls.

I bought in to the Program at a steep $15K....Kinda having a little buyers remorse now that I found this site lol but it actually was a tremendous blessing as all the info that I learned from the course has definitely put me ahead of my peers.Like most newbies I fell into the trap of "I need to learn everything before i even do anything" mindset.

if the tenant didn't ask for you to pay for the dryer, then don't. i would pay to clean the dryer pipe out, it benefits you in the long run, that could have started a fire. but i would recommend getting rid of that flex pipe, it does nothing but trap lint, and hard pipe all connections. make sure all joints are taped together with metal duct tape, usually silver in color ( not regular duct tape) and do not screw joints together, that only traps lint.
