Just today I was informed that my tenant had a small kitchen fire, almost every month one of the apartments has a water leak, electric outlet issue or something minor.

This included old and broken ceiling fans, light fixtures, non-working appliances, all flooring, all electrical outlets, vanities, etc.

Usually there is both a gas line and an electric outlet behind the stove.

It has become trendy for certain media outlets to attempt to make political statements  by portraying the entire city as a war zone, but this is really far from the truth. 

You can't just add an outlet here and there where needed, most electricians will want to stick to code on that too which can mean adding outlets on exterior brick walls with conduit since they can only be so far apart.

It's all over the news and other media outlets.

I rehabbed the hardwood floors, kitchen, bathroom, fixtures, outlets, and fresh paint on walls/windows.  

There's always going to be articles/outlets voicing that a drop in home prices is upon us.
