Hello from the Triad NC!

Hello all. I've been doing some reading on this site and decided to join (yes, I will be getting a profile pic put in soon).

My wife and I are taking the leap into the world of REI. She is going to get her provisional license in the next couple of months and I will be learning from her. We are learning all we can right now from whatever resources we can find and I have found a local REIA that we can attend in the coming weeks.

I hope to learn a lot from everyone here. I find that even if something doesn't necessarily apply now, it may in the future so I tend to pay lots of attention.

We currently own a small business and I work full time as IT support. I really, really don't like working for, and making money for other people so I plan to make this my primary source of income in the near future.

As my profile states, I am not afraid of hard work but I hope to learn enough to work smarter.
