They annoy the crap out of me with all of their spam mail....

It is frustrating dealing with the calls because so many are annoyed by the letters (my area is heavily marketed) but it only takes a few good callers to make it worth it at the end of the day. 

Nothing annoyed me worse than the bank.

, but get a Karen neighbor and a bad/annoying tenant, and she will push to have it changed and then you're stuck.   

I've been to so many workshops that are scams lol I'm annoyed by the amount of time and energy I've wasted going to these.. looking forward to networking and seeing how it goes.. see you at you next meetup!

Most agents do not understand the concept (NOTE: SOME DO, SAVE THE HIJACK) I sold a deal to someone with an agent one time and it wasn't that bad, but it was still annoying.
