Hello,  I've been a member for some time now.. at least a year but never really introduced myself.  I've been focusing on increasing my knowledge base through bp podcasts, reading and using audible for investing books while driving.. I'm a pharmaceutical rep in nyc.. my first investment was on a cooperative when I was 20 years old.. I'm now 34 and and to refinance on a two family.. I'm interested in being able to talk.. communicate with other investors and create a solid network of people I can bounce ideas off of but that I can help as well. My freedom number is at 4k/month.. and I estimate I would need about 14 units with an average cashflow of $500 /month .. based on one of bp s podcast.. I would love to meet worth other bp members in the new York area.. even if it's just a few of us.. and I can suggest a meeting spot at a local venue ..

Also,  I've been to over 10 different meetups where investment groups are trying to sell their education programs.. not sure if you have had this experience.. please understand that is not what I want.. no solicitations please.. it would a waste of your time and mine..
