As awful as your Mormon story sounds I’m sure you weren’t counted as less the a person for voting purposes or couldn’t attend a certain school because of your skin color and the government used purposely entered drugs into communities and that’s just the tip of the Iceberg.

Depending on the practice you could use the drive through for prescriptions to pick up or have a mini pharmacy there.

When I was renting an apt with my brother 2003 it was next to a drug house (they were decent people expect the drug part).

For example, a person who post about wild parties, drugs, or general mayhem would raise a red flag for the landlord.

He said he thinks drugs/meth was involved, and we're not likely to ever see a dime of restitution from the tenants since they have no money.

He may have a gambling or drug problem or be in some other trouble.
