Steve-Right- getting the account #'s for each tenant is annoying.

The seller did not accurately state the number of bedrooms which really annoyed me.

Most of my rental buying clients don't want to mess with the fees and annoyance of an HOA, and require at least $300/month cash flow...which is often not possible with the cost of a monthly HOA and Property managnent. 

Hello BP members,I recently had an HVAC technician come out and service my 8 yr old HVAC.I am going through a claims process with my insurance company to see if they can cover for me.It has been difficult to have the HVAC company and the technician to comply so they can get paid.My insurance agent guy just needs to ask couple of questions.It's been about 2~3 weeks since the service was done but they still have yet to reach out to my insurance agent who's clamining he's been calling the HVAC compnay and the HVAC company is telling me that they have left numerous voice mail to the agent.Now the HVAC company is annoyed saying they're super busy and they aren't going to deal with this anymore and my agent is telling me he needs to know that info in order to work on the claim...For a young investor myself, the bill is pretty expensive and I would really like for my insurance to cover me for it.What should I do?

can't stand that show, her voice actually annoys me. i wouldn't go to any of their seminars, they probably can't make it in the business and that's the way they make money, TV made them famous not them dealing in real estate, i am sure there are a lot more successful people out there than them, it just happens they got there foot in the right door and they are exploiting that as much as they can. ( Don't blame them for wanting to make money how than can) but its at a cost of others dreams.

On top of that, most of them are "weird" -- and not in a fun, quirky "keep Austin weird" way, more like an annoying, "how would I deal with this mess?"

No idea if we're talking about anything even similar, but it is annoying.

I'd be annoyed if I owned a restaurant and someone came in to ask how much I pay for rent)I tried contacting some agencies that help business find rental space, but that didn't lead anywhere (their proposed locations were all very far away from the actual neighborhood in question).I'd love to hear any advice those more experienced may have on this matter.Thanks very much!

If that is the case that really annoys me...I would love more clarification/opinions on the topic.

I'm beyond annoyed at this point.
