Seeking advice on selling our townhome rental in Wurzback area

WE have a 5 year old 3/2 rental in NW San Antonio near I-410 that we are planning liquidate early next year. It currently has tenants paying $1,150/mo. and is managed by Boardwalk PM. I'm trying to decide if I should list it with an agent or if there would be enough interest to sell off market to another investor. Will I have issues with a glut of inventory or are available properties less available?

Bob

I would also wait till the spring/summertime and then look to move it. Since you have boardwalk managing it, I would reach out to them and let them know your intention to sell. They may be able to have one of their other property owners take it off your hands. Whenever one of my owners is looking to sell that's what we do since we already know the property and can assure the next owner of what they are getting into.
