@Sean Yang your policy should pay you Loss of Rents from the time the tenant had to vacate your property until it is able to be rented (determined by when the work is complete or the city allows occupancy).I have not heard of an adjusted taking that position before.

You should be aware that tenant-wise college students make for a yin-yang situation : they are plentiful which is great easy to install some, etc ...

Lol, or in case of Andrew Yang, he straight up saying that if you vote for him and he win, he will give you $1000 per month (and never say anything about where the money come from) Pro: Rent control helps limit supply, and raise rent.

@Wei Jie Yang since they work in multiple markets they have a many price ranges.
