I think those were also called women when I was young.This is now the very hardest part.

I was going to say my rental house I'm working on now is 118 years old, and I was under it doing some work and there was a pair of the old style women's boots, black in color, with many many eyelets to lace them up.  

It's also on about 3000 pens floating around the country and about 400 calendars of scantily clad women also floating around the country.

I would try to get help to bargain down (contractors like car salesman tend to take advantage of women) like actual time and materials of the plumber at $50-100/hour.

I spent this week watching a good course on real estate investing, Women's Real Estate Investing Network, but there really is no one to ask questions.

I can not handle psychotic women.
