If she wants paid for canceled appointments, then I would suggest you look for a new cleaner.My policy is to keep all funds if the guests cancels within two weeks of their stay, unless I'm able to rent to someone else for the same period/rate.

Our experience has been that most tenants book about two weeks out from a vacancy, so don't slash the price of your MTR too soon to your next ecpected vacancy(you will get nervous, I promise).

One day several weeks after close, they sent me an "invoice" via email with no body, just an attachment with a jumble of line items - It included one of the two items they were getting a quote for me on (new flooring), some but not all of the items they were supposed to fix as part of the contract (with prices even though they were paying), and a few other items I was not familiar with.
