I used to use regular #10 envelope (standard business size) 4 1/8" by 9 1/2" to stuff my yellow letters.

If I am in Fla where I don't have mls access and I find a house I am interested in, I will open the zillow app, on my pad and drive the street looking at all the yellow (sold) houses, houses move along on the pad as you drive the street, its a fast and rather fun way to get you in the ball park.

I'd look online or in the yellow pages for one that has 24 hour emergency service.

Save that $$$ and read the whole "truth about wholesaling forum" and invest in a yellow letter campaign and fail forward.Good Luck-Wayne

Hi,I have started my yellow letter campaign targeted at absentee owners.

The dogs were gone when I got there but the white carpets were dark yellow to brown and literally the whole 3 floors of the house had thousands or more ( not joking of turds) on the floor.

I mark these brokers' names with yellow highlighters and try to touch base with them periodically to find out what they're seeing and learning in the market.

Did 8 deals from direct mail last year and 3 so far this year with 2 more supposed to close this month.I mainly do a version of the 'yellow letter'.

Its near the top on their website there's a yellow stripe with the name of every room in a house on it you just click wichever room you wanna look at and it'll show right below then right under the main image you have thumbnails to check out different designs of the same type of room.
