In Columbus I would look into neighborhoods south east of Downtown, such as Merion Village, Livingston Park, and Old Oaks.

My hope is that the clientele we bring in won't completely trash the place but I realize that is just wishful thinking and that people, regardless of income/ what they are willing to pay, can behave like animals (I was in the auto industry before becoming an attorney and the things I saw walking trades will forever haunt me).

The latter eh that's when you see folks get ruined.Overall best to let the village handle it, like they did with the Indiana guy if that's who we are talking about.Folks are coming upon hard times, and I'm seeing more scams than ever and even when I'm out of the country the creativity is remarkable.
