I've been contemplating starting up a property management company utilizing the Avail platform.

For the most part, it all comes down to preference and your comfort level using that specific platform--I believe most, if not all, of them offer some sort of free trial, so I'd recommend you do that and see which one you like most.

My understanding is that cost is usually passthrough -- so you are charged say, $150 per cleaning...each stay is charged $150 on the platform.
