My understanding is that cost is usually passthrough -- so you are charged say, $150 per cleaning...each stay is charged $150 on the platform.

There are plenty of platforms.I recently changed my platform to Buildium due to my financial and accounting background it works for me and to help my clients.The other platform I use is AppFolio.

My Depreciation was sit up one time and then an auto entry for each month.Recently have switched to Buildium for the management platform.
