I need an agreement for my private money lender as 1stlien holder

Hello I have a private money lender willing to lend on a recent property I have in escrow, although she trusts me wholeheartedly, I'd like to enter into an agreement with her so she will be a lien holder. Any good suggestions or a template I can use?
