If you don't go section 8 I would end the lease then and really spike rent if the tenant wants to go month to month to ensure turnover is in a better time.  

I've noticed that going into 2023 my property taxes have spiked pretty dramatically. 

Should I do it and hoping in 5 years the rate would go back down to it is now after spiking up for the next few years?

Crime spike in the last year on par with shaw.

I think some new areas are likely to pop up that have not been touched but have similar qualities to Old Irving, Avondale, Portage Park (proximity to public transportation is key) but haven't had values spike because of early development. 

When we don't, tenants seem to like nailing Barbie doll sheets over their windows using something akin to railroad spikes.

It is currently expanding from Renyoldstown down to Grant Park and those areas have already seen a big spike.

Has anyone else watching the PBC market noticed a spike in listings, price drops and re-listings all of sudden the past few days or is it just me?

I see spikes on website visit metrics every time we mail letters or postcards. 

(Foreign investments, in general, are better for well-heeled investors than for small investors.)
