When is a good time for ARM?
I’m interest in purchase a brand new condo in Provincetown cap cod. All the prefer lenders offer the same 5 Years ARM instead of conventional 30 years fixed rate. Should I do it and hoping in 5 years the rate would go back down to it is now after spiking up for the next few years? Is there a good time ever to except the ARM? Thank you.
