Another solution is to put up side fences to that eye sore so they can't get to your side, then paint it.

If she does not then I will walk away from the deal.The Yellow Duplex- In not as nice of a neighborhood, it is mixed between a couple eye sores and some other average, and above average properties.

A few PM that are willing to work there charge such a high m/m for each property, that it could end up being 30% of your rents.I know the neighborhood well, lived in one of my houses for 1.5 years and stuck out like a sore thumb - blonde in red convertible driving and walking allover this 99% black low-income neighborhood.

Here are 8 ways to find vacant houses & motivated sellers: 1) Code Violations: When the yard does not get mowed, or the fence is falling down, or there’s a tree laying on the roof, or vandals have broken in to the house…neighbors will call Code Enforcement to complain about the eye sore in the neighborhood.

It is SORELY needed here in Southern Cal, I have endured the rounds of wannabe gurus, pitch fests and self important realtors that love the sounds of their own voices (there was one RE organizer who pitched a mlm scheme on a bottled soda) sheesh!

I'm with ya on caulk.It irritates me to see people caulking and have it every where.I also can't stand it when people use 100% silicone and stands out like a sore thumb on the outside of the building.The window/siding guys I use are very conserative on caulk.
