Not sure if you knew but in total they will have brought around 30-40k new soldiers into the city plus their families.

I plan on a 90% occupancy rate and in my experience have found that to be conservative for my units.Lease breaking - again, being military, soldiers can break a lease with orders.

I am an active duty Soldier about to be stationed at Ft Carson in appx 4 months and want to make the most informed investment decision I possibly can, which is why I am here to ask you all this:  What would your strategy be for investing with the information given below?

Every dollar you get is a little soldier you need to put to work making you more dollars. 

Generally had good luck; sometimes need to monitor the very young soldiers.  

If budget cuts are made to _____ kind of equipment then those soldiers just don't come there to be trained anymore.  

It is not part of the soldiers sailors act but individual by states.

The vast majority of soldiers are not at an age to be home buyers.

Seriously, it's really nice of you to offer to do that for a soldier going through a rough time in his life, but lets face it; it's his life, his mess.
