A lot of carriers don't write insurance in FL so it make take some sifting to find the best deal. 

There are also some facebook groups for agents (if you are one) and wholesalers in Boston, though your mileage may vary on those, they are a good place to sift for some deals.

Or better yet, work with someone who has the time to sift through all sorts of deals and show them to you and figure out what will suite you best!

Seller's have a tough time sifting through all of their offers and making sure the buyers are qualified.

From my research, it sounds like I should expect to sift through maybe 100 properties to find some that are worthwhile, do a detailed analysis on a few, and that will ultimately yield a very small percentage that are "good deals."

It's a great story and if folks could find it more easily than sifting thru the forums, it could be very helpful to a lot of folks.

Most importantly, I hope this will help me sift through the endless amounts of useless and misguided information on the internet and make the best use of my time.
