Furthermore the disconnect between WCAP, the marketing company, and SEED, the consultants, makes it difficult to get a resolution from either company because each blames the other.Happened to me.

Most HOAs have a policy whereby they notify of an infraction and give a certain period of time for resolution and then they fine... is that not the case here?

If we just let profits roll through our Flipping LLC, we’d have to state the profit sharing in the operating agreement / amendments, and make a new amendment / resolution every time we want to share profit differently.I like this setup, and it doesn’t seem to require any extra work.
