Here in Ontario I would have to advocate for my tenant and try to seek resolution.

One of my New Year's resolutions was to start a blog on my website and BP geared towards multi-family investors. 

I have made it my New Years Resolution to analyze 4-5 deal a day.

The more valuable the collateral, the faster you'll see a resolution!

I also keep resolutions for each major decision (involving over $1000) made by my LLC.

Furthermore the disconnect between WCAP, the marketing company, and SEED, the consultants, makes it difficult to get a resolution from either company because each blames the other.Happened to me.  

Most HOAs have a policy whereby they notify of an infraction and give a certain period of time for resolution and then they fine... is that not the case here?

I may be missing something but just something to consider.Best of luck in finding a reasonable resolution and wish I had something more to offer.

I saw the resolution where the county government passed the referendum to put the property up for sale.

If we just let profits roll through our Flipping LLC, we’d have to state the profit sharing in the operating agreement / amendments, and make a new amendment / resolution every time we want to share profit differently.I like this setup, and it doesn’t seem to require any extra work.
