Hello All!

Hope everyone is having a great weekend.  One of my New Year's resolutions was to start a blog on my website and BP geared towards multi-family investors.  My goal is to leverage my partners and my own experience into short 1-page blogs loaded with valuable information to help multi-family investors of all experience levels.   I have up-loaded a bunch of blogs on my profile and I am looking for some feedback (good or bad).  If you have time take a look at my blog and let me know which blogs stood out, and why they may have been beneficial to you?

I am also looking for subjects that people want to learn about that I can incorporate into my blog moving forward into 2017.  Let me know what type of content you seek in 2017 to help you grow your business.

BP is such a  great place to get feedback for new ideas so I wanted to start here first.  Thank you all for the great conversations in 2016 and I look forward to a great 2017!

Ed
