I am a local agent, STR cohost, and STR operator in Salt lake and south salt lake.

I would get an opinion and recent comps in Flood Zone a from a few different agents to make sure you are doing your due diligence on the resale market in that flood zone, especially with the recent hurricanes

Legal or not if you put the wrong tenants inn your property with out proper (VETTING) it's your fault and if your real estate agent agent puts in a bad tenant it's also your fault.

I would take Travis advice to heart as he is from the area.My advice was going to be to find an agent or PM or an investor who is making it work and follow their lead. 

My realestate agent keeps pushing me to sell them individually, and I really want to keep my tenants with a landlord.
