@Kay C.I know nothing about long distance investing but Bigger Pockets cohost David Greene wrote a book on the subject called,“Long Distance Real Estate Investing, How to buy, rehab, and manage out of state rental properties” There has been many successful investors on the OG podcast who praise the book for its  insight on the topic.

There is a designated family area near left field and there will be a children’s play area also.Bellamy praised the design work done by the architectural firm Pendulum.

I haven't been able to make it to any of the KARHA meetings yet, but I've heard high praises about them.

This is rapidly becoming my #1 ANNOUANCE myth in real estate, the myth that "oh-oh-ohhh tell someone your going to pay all cash and they will hit the floor, praise your existence, and let you buy it for tens of thousands less than everyone else" it's simply NOT true. 

There are far greater Patriots for Democracy for the Russians in Russia that have been protesting against the Russian Invasion than even Americans that I see who are praising Russia. 

You can spend that money on other training or put it towards purchasing a property and be better off.And for the two people who posted praising the trainings, I hope everyone will notice that they each only have 1 post and disregard anything they have said.Good luck.

I'm sure the local media will praise the developers.
