Hi! I am a Commercial/Industrial transactions attorney in Chicago and will be moving to the Kalamazoo area in 3-5 years. I am planning to begin investing in real estate there before then and continue to grow when I get there. My goal in the next year is to acquire a single family rental home to begin.
