Yes, I would be irritated. 

At best, the homeowner will likely be defensive and irritated.  

A Sunday afternoon a few weeks ago I got so irritated with myself, I went off to one of the rehab projects and fixed the gates.

how is it that you find an agent that is not irritated with you when you try to put in 5-10 offers a week?  

That plus the stumbling blocks and pitfalls on the way to redeveloping a small multifamily property can really be irritating.

Its not the lost rent that irritates me, it is the principle, that they do this to other land lords and ultimately get away with it.

The house still makes sense to buy and is a huge blessing, it's just irritating that a week before closing, this happens.

She's not cut of for this business, she's irritated about the constant fixes that she has to repair but i am not the one.

That being said, if I had been trying to sell my house for 9 months to the same person and then they tried to rush me 10 days at the end I'd probably be irritated too because it would seem arbitrary and pointless especially if I'm not moving out until the 7th anyways.Also a situation where agents are not communicating with each other is unprofessional. 

I think we all hear the comments by Brandon and David on the podcast, and we all know that it irritates them when new investors ask to have a cup of coffee and 'pick your brain'...
