I pulled county home sales in my target area, and called an API that converts address to Lat and Long. 

Once the property is ready for occupancy, the main thing is to find reliable cleaning crew and a handyman, and at a good price (though in NG), but if these things align, the management is not bad.

I'm in the GIS World -- 'Batch GeoCode' is the term I used to describe a process of deriving Lat/Long coordinates from a street address (or APN) -- but it sounds like there is an actual paid/web service you are using? 

@Eric Ng The short answer would be yes, if you can find the deal.

If lat pays go on long enough a foreclosure will take place.Some lenders require licensed contractor where other may not ask for contractor resume and license.

Are you in the middle of a rehab that won’t be done until lat inthe year and expect high paper losses?  

I use an S Corp, but would recommend you spend all your time locat in ng the best deal you possible can.  

@Adam Ng has a good point about cash-flowing investments a little closer to home and would be the rout I would go if I lived in the area.
