Just listened to a couple podcasts with Tim and wanted to do some digging on here, found this thread.

And also not a dig on Brokers  but Brokers can basically offer zero help in most instances if your having issues.. they get paid to close the loan then are out of the picture they have no authority to do workouts or modify terms etc U would be working with the actual lender then..

The sewer company tells me that it's covered however, they need to file for a permit to dig through the NYC DEP (manages the water and sewer lines) on Monday morning, citing that it may take several days.   

They gotta dig, get creative, fight.

Let's dig a bit deeper on this offer and if I can see an example structure with the amounts I am referring to, that would help.
