I've done some research and thought Campton, Waterville Valley, NH area would be an ideal location for all season rental.I'm nervous not being able to find renters to cover the mortgage.  

Next step is to find a good agent and property manager in Columbia within the next 6 months - but just a little nervous about landlording/owning from a distance.  

I have basically been nervous to get into it since i have my own home, Comfy job, And a wife but after reading a lot of other peoples stories I think it is time to Jump into it and really start looking into finding an investor.

I'm definitely going to get an agent who is familiar with land but it's new territory for me and I'm still a little nervous about doing all the proper due diligence and still ending up with a useless lot (land in this area is NOT cheap) so it would be a big loss.Thanks for any thoughts on this.

And get a nervous twitch when contemplating house hacking a 4 plex.

This is still my first flip and I’m nervous about it and excited at the same time.

Both of those things make me feel a bit nervous about the property.

My biggest challenge is that nothing happens in this without a dollar going out of my pocket.Nothing happens for free... at least not for me.I can sit and invest more into this, but I am always nervous that I will hit a cash crunch...its kinda like owning a boat...

I reckon I'm just nervous to make the leap and dont have the funds in place yet.
