If not I would recommend looking up other AirBnB owners in the Covington area and simply asking them who they use. 

The lender is pushing you to do this to get an FHA loan.

This might give a one-time (non-scalable) boost to cash flow, offer multiple value-add options, and allow the house-hacker peace of mind, via the assumed mortgage, in long-term breakeven or positive cash flow in the event that the value-add plans end up not being executed, and/or the person has to move out, and rent by the room or STR become unavailable for some reason at a future date.

Its up to you the investor to realize this before you invest in these kind of vehicles. 

I just closed on a new construction home through Rent To Retirement, and wanted to share my experience.

I recommend you speak with a lender about reviewing whether you could qualify for a loan prior to making an offer, as I've seen these kinds of things blow up.
