Hello group Im a new investor, came across what i believed is a good deal regarding a manufactured home on a 2 acres lot. the home and the land have 2 separated lender one for the home that i got in contact with they can sell me the home, but i will need to moved the home .

What does everyone think about manufactured housing for rentals?

Big auto manufacturers are locating new facilities in the South AND the weather is better.

It is a Co Op there is no HOA however there is a recurring monthly maintenance fee of $287 per month, the co-op shares which are based on the price of selected lot or home sites current pricing is set at $20,000 per lot, the homes are manufactured or mobile homes new ones start at $100K .......the $28K she is asking for includes both the co op share/lot and home.

The terminology "foundation repairs" or "Retrofits" is generally used to describe "Proprietary Foundation Systems" for MANUFACTURED HOMESHowever, If you're not dealing in MANUFACTURED HOME transactions there's no need for you to take the time to view the video.

Some exterior walls were 2x3 stud construction and and 2x2 was not uncommon with many manufacturers for interior walls.
