find out who is the lender on a abandoned land

Hello group Im a new investor, came across what i believed is a good deal regarding a manufactured home on a 2 acres lot. the home and the land have 2 separated lender one for the home that i got in contact with they can sell me the home, but i will need to moved the home . Im asking how can i find out who is the mortgage lender for the land to see if i can make an offer and buy both the land an the manufacture home.
