I would buy cheaper homes in blue collar areas that rent for $300/month less.

We've had the best luck with doing short rentals, loading up all the trash within 24 hours, and getting the dumpster out of there.Not sure what companies operate where you're located, but we use a company called Blue Bin Dumpsters, and they offer 24-hour or 3 day rentals.

Blue collar professionals such as technicians, superintendents on construction and public works projects etc.

And that's coming from a shirtless dude painted blue, so you know it's legit.

I figure if you grew up in the projects or just blue collar land you will do better than if you grew up in Beverly Hills or etc.
