How long did it take you to earn your money back from the program? 

If you are thinking of 3 units consisting of SFR, ADU, JADU, you may not get your money back since ADUs don’t appraise well.

I agree with @Murali Jesudoss, I had pulled back from investing when things got super crazy in the last year or so, but I believe things are stabilizing and deals will start to become more attractive. 

With our capital backing, the deal was executed seamlessly, leading to a fast and profitable resale.

I currently work with investors in a few markets in TX and outside of TX on creating a turn-key portfolio and helping them manage on the back end. 

These were investments, the value of the assest are there, its the liquid that ran short and had to resort to credit cards to fix up the propertyYou spent $50k from savings, borrowed $50k from a 401k, and are paying it back over five years at around 7.5% interest, then borrowed another $40k from credit cards and are paying that back at around 8% interest, maybe more.

Figured there would be a few data points left out of the equation' that I would need to circle back with :) .There are additional units not rented at this time which could be rented to increase the income.
