Hopefully most of the improvements are reusable for a future restaurant and in many cases they will be unless they install a bunch of hoods and table top grills at the seats.

Just cause it makes noise doesnt mean its moving air/  An OLD one can be improved by cleaning both sides of the blades as well as the grills

A bottle of propane to run your BBQ grill is 85 dollars here.

Additionally once the black grills are installed there is no removing them from between the panes or changing the color.Now I have a big predicament - First off, we do not want to change the color of the windows as we are extremely happy with how they came out and have received a ton of compliments on them.

Maybe buy a small boat-side grill instead?

I've added what is described as "screen door grills" on the Lowes site to these as protection. 

Maybe one day I will be spending my time blowing stacks of cash on luxury items, but in the meantime you can find me behind a grill at my restaurant, in front of a computer analyzing profitable deals for myself and clients, or on site walking a construction project for a redevelopment project.

You have to grill them, ask tough questions, put them on the spot.
