If it is mostly smoke damage to the interior it will be ok, but if the roof caught fire and burned away that's a whole different ball game.

.: @Marcus AuerbachThe thing I always think about when I look at the homes along the golf courses is how much I really don't want to know what goes on in them. main thing I look at is why the heck would they buy one 180 to 200 yards off the tee box right where golfers are going to slice or hook into their house break windows and then walk through your flower beds to find their lost ball...
