We will only need to access the property once, rather than being in an out of rentals where we could get sick from our tenants or be carriers transporting the virus from one home to another.

The virus just exacerbated our low inventory problem.

Of course we’ve been very concerned with the corona virus pandemic as most Americans have, and particularly how it might impact our own specific nightmare.

I imagine the virus might have a hard time getting all the way out there.I'm in a similar position to you in terms of starting my investing portfolio and what I've decided would be a good move is to live and flip my first property (which allows me to use a low down loan if owner-occupying) and most likely sell and roll those profits into a down payment on a small multi family to house hack.

I just want to know more about who I'm dealing with.I do realize that the corona virus is going around out there.

Once all of this virus stuff settles, you will both be doing very well :).
