Yes, most public schools are bad, however, other than private school options, there are great public schools such as Meigs and Head Middle Magnet (middle school) that funnel into MLK and Hume Fogg (2 of the top 100 public high schools of the nation).

The schools aren't particularly good, though there are some decent private and religious schools in the area plus there is a magnet school which is aimed at academically gifted students.

We send out welcome letters to all the tenants with a little gift like a key chain or fridge magnet with our company contact info. 

Actually I am creating a car magnet off Vistaprint.  

They end up in the trash next to the magnetic football/basketball/baseball home team schedules that realtors send me.

I have car magnet signs which detail what I do which is buy houses with my website and phone number on it.

@Cody Wirz I think dollar for dollar and especially just starting out a magnetic sign on your car would be first.
