Lots of information to digest and always looking for connections

While I am still in the learning phase, I'd love to digest as much info as I can to prepare myself for a successful house hack. 

Because it takes us a year to build a location or to digest an acquisition we really haven’t tapped our market.

I'm going to re-read it a few times so I can digest it all.

This might be a more digestible route for your wife as well, and this would give you another 10 months to boost your savings and solidify your plan.

I was thinking a mile high 3 or 4 sentence idea of pricing and terms we could banter back and forth until we agree on the key items, then have the title company draft their documents.but instead he hired an attorney to draft a small book that will take me hours to digest, all for the first communication. 

That said, I'm not totally following all of it but I'm going to digest it a bit more and keep learning.
